All of our shipping and handling costs are charged based on the value of your order.
For UK Mainland orders totalling more than £180.00 delivery is absolutely free.

UK Mainland shipping is charged as followed:

The Highlands & Northern Ireland

Contact us for a quote and please place your order via telephone. If you order online we will contact you for payment of any extra the extra postage due. If your order is over £180.00, we will subsidise the delivery cost inline with savings offered to mainland UK customers.

International Delivery

International delivery is possible; please contact us to discuss your requirements.

Order Processing Timescales

The order processing time varies depending on the size of your order and general demand.
We always endeavour to process your order as fast as possible.
If you need your order urgently please call us to discuss prior to placing your order, we do everything possible to meet your requirements.

Please note that if you are ordering past 12pm, your order may not start to be processed until the next working day.

Delivery Delays

Whilst every effort will be made to adhere to the estimated shipping timescales, the timescales are not guaranteed and we accept no liability or consequential loss as a result of either delayed or non-delivery of your order.
Please note that delayed delivery shall not be the grounds for rejecting goods or terminating the contract.
